Production Operator

Location: Melbourne - North
Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We have multiple positions across day, afternoon and night shift, offering variety and the chance to work within a whole new production line!
What You Will Do:
- Operate along the new food grade wash line
- Feeding plastic material in to machine and monitoring output
- Coordinating work tasks with operators and sorters within the shift
- Perform quality inspection checks on product and
- Assist with job changes and associated tasks;
- Trouble shoot - assist with general mechanical maintenance & fix minor mechanical problems;
- Contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and the team;
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience working with a manufacturing environment
- You will have the ability to work in a challenging environment, hot, dusty and loud!
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a good eye for details
Hours of work: ongoing day, afternoon and night shifts available! Start times are 6am, 2pm and 10pm.
